Eric Boyrie

Biography

With over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources, I founded the consultancy Ramp-Up-RH.

My commitment: to meet the day-to-day needs of HR directors and senior executives, and to support them in their HR ‘scaling-up’ projects. My experience and convictions lead me to combine all areas of HR with business, social and environmental challenges to meet my clients’ needs. Drawing on my experience working with SMEs and mid-market companies, I have developed a practical, hands-on approach. I ensure the HR fundamentals are sound whilst developing and improving the company’s HR service offering. With a view to promoting best practice, I deliver HR training to Master’s students and employees on continuing professional development programmes.
