How can SMEs harness artificial intelligence whilst preparing their teams for the profound changes in the world of work?
It was around this question that Dr Tawhid Chtioui, founding president of aivancity, spoke on 30 June 2026 during the international webinar âArtificial Intelligence and the Future of Work: What Role for SMEs?â, organised by the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF) and the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organisation (CIF-ILO), as part of the SME 360 Programme â Management, AI & Green Transition.

01
Aimed at entrepreneurs, SME managers, heads of support organisations and economic stakeholders in the French-speaking world, this event brought together several experts to provide a practical analysis of the changes brought about by artificial intelligence within organisations.
02
Alongside Tiffany Clemenceau, co-founder of ERIA, and RaphaĂ«l HaĂŻk, founder of Galac6.io and Kejido, Dr Tawhid Chtioui shared aivancityâs vision on the evolution of skills and professions in the age of artificial intelligence.
â
Artificial intelligence is not just transforming the tools we use at work: it is redefining the way in which businesses create value, develop their employeesâ skills and prepare for the future.

The discussions focused on the changes ahead for SMEs, with a shared aim: to make AI a driver of sustainable competitiveness rather than merely a technological innovation.
Freeing up time spent on repetitive tasks so that teams can refocus on adding value.
New roles are emerging at the intersection of technology and traditional professions.
Technical and soft skills are coming together to support the rise of AI.
Driving transformation to embed AI sustainably within business practices.

This participation once again illustrates aivancityâs commitment to contributing to major international discussions on the future of work and to supporting organisations in their transformation in the face of the challenges posed by artificial intelligence.
By sharing its expertise with an audience from across the French-speaking world, aivancity is continuing its mission: to train talent, inform decision-makers and promote artificial intelligence that enhances business performance, skills development and human progress.
