  • to internal staff within the relevant aivancity departments responsible for responding to and processing your enquiries;
  • to service providers involved in fulfilling the purposes (hosting, maintenance and management of the Websites, sending our communications, managing applications and registrations).

In such cases, aivancity ensures, in its dealings with its service providers, that there are adequate safeguards in place to protect personal data.
