Dr. Jordan TOURNOIS

Biography

Jordan Tournois, Director of Campus Development in Nice, is a professor and an expert in management and development.

After holding senior management positions in the sports sector for over ten years, he has been working in local government and institutional affairs since 2011.

He is the architect of a talent management and managerial transformation programme.

He holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Nice Cîte d’Azur and, since 2021, has held academic posts at various business schools in France.

His research focuses primarily on talent management, managerial innovation and human resource management.
