Zouhir EL RHOMRI

Biography

Dr. Zouhir EL RHOMRI has 20 years of experience leading teams and projects at multinational companies in the IT sector.

He has led international teams in R&D, operations, services and engineering. In particular, he oversaw the set-up of 100 mobile network equipment validation laboratories located in Chicago, Beijing, Shanghai and Paris.

He holds a PhD from the École des Mines de Paris, an Executive MBA from IAE Paris Sorbonne and an engineering degree in microcomputing from ENSEIRB Bordeaux.

Dr. Zouhir EL RHOMRI founded RESPECT Management, a management consulting and training firm. He helps companies train their talent in management topics, with excellent client feedback.

He is a Master’s program manager at aivancity and teaches several management disciplines: project management, management of international organizations, working in a multicultural environment and the impact of AI on business strategy.
