The AI Clinic is one of aivancity’s major educational innovations, implemented across the whole school. Inspired by law and medical clinics, it enables students to work on real-world projects commissioned by businesses, institutions and organisations.
This programme enables students to put their skills in artificial intelligence and data science into practice, to understand business and organisational challenges, to take ethical and regulatory considerations into account, and to develop project management skills.
Over 100 organisations have already been supported by the AI Clinic, actively contributing to the digital transformation of regions, both in Île-de-France and in the Sud region. At aivancity, AI is not just learnt in theory: it is built through practical experience.
Based in the Île-de-France and Sud regions, aivancity is developing close partnerships with local authorities, innovative businesses, research institutions and organisations serving the public interest. These collaborations inform the school’s educational programmes and foster exchanges between the academic, business and technological sectors.
Through initiatives such as the AI Clinic, public lectures and projects carried out with its partners, aivancity actively contributes to the vitality of these regions and to the promotion of artificial intelligence that is useful, responsible and serves society.
Through this educational initiative, students are encouraged to reflect on the various forms of civic engagement: the motivations of volunteers, how the voluntary sector operates, and the role of civil society in human development.
Responsibility and ethics are essential pillars of aivancity’s educational mission. To raise students’ awareness of societal issues and foster a sense of commitment, a one-semester civic engagement project is compulsory for students on the Grande École Programme. Organised in partnership with Impact Campus, this project enables students, from their second year onwards, to get actively involved in community and civic initiatives, committing a minimum of 30 hours to the project.
This experience aims to encourage students to get involved in impactful initiatives and to reinforce the ethical dimension that runs through all of aivancity’s programmes. It is fully in line with the commitments made by the school as a ‘mission-driven organisation’, which places responsibility and contribution to society at the heart of its educational mission.
Through this educational initiative, students are invited to reflect on the various forms of civic engagement: the motivations of volunteers, how the voluntary sector operates, and the role of civil society in human development.

With over 35 nationalities represented, aivancity offers a stimulating multicultural environment across all its campuses.
International academic partnerships, learning trips and intercultural exchanges enable students to develop a global perspective on the challenges of artificial intelligence.
This international dimension enhances the school’s appeal and uniqueness in both Paris and Nice.
