As part of Digital Women’s Day, aivancity was delighted to co-organise the ‘Le Digital au Féminin’ conference, in partnership withIPAG Business School andthe EuropIA Institute, on the Nice campus.
This conference provided an opportunity to highlight the careers of inspiring women in the digital sector, emphasising the strength, resilience and boldness required to succeed in tech.

Inspiring Testimonials

Maître Marielle Walicki, a barrister at the Nice and Grasse Bar Associations, entrepreneur and president of the Institut des Solutions Sud (IDS), shared her journey and her vision of the challenges of innovation, leadership and commitment within digital and entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Layticia Audibert, CEO and founder of Gandee, a social enterprise based between Nice and Paris, then took the floor to discuss her entrepreneurial experience and her commitment to positive-impact, responsible digital technology.

These two career paths provided concrete examples of determination, innovation and commitment. They inspired the participants to believe in their ambitions and to take their rightful place in the digital and technology sectors.

Women Paving the Way in Tech

Alongside Beatrice Caula (CEO at Choops by Evoluflor, winner of the 2025 ‘Femme du Rebond’ Award) and Sandra Rosa (Delivery Manager at Keyrus), these speakers discussed their career journeys, the challenges they have faced and their vision for a more inclusive and accessible digital world. Their participation reinforced the message: the inclusion of women in tech is not just a matter of gender parity, but a catalyst for transformation towards a more equitable and dynamic society.

A More Inclusive and Accessible Digital World

This conference was a wonderful opportunity to demonstrate that women are not only present in the tech sector, but are actively shaping the digital future. Through initiatives such as this, aivancity continues to support women in the digital sector by providing them with platforms to connect, exchange ideas and support one another.
