A highlight of this yearâs event was the inclusion of mini-hackathons as an integral part of the programme.
Designed to provide a hands-on immersion in the professional world, these challenges enabled students to apply their skills to real-world problems set by the partner companies.
Divided into teams of 4 to 6, they worked on cases proposed by Alttrust, Amzil IA and Alliance Experts, drawing on their analytical, creative and collaborative skills.
From understanding the requirement to devising a solution, each stage demonstrated their ability to tackle real-world challenges methodically and effectively.
The afternoon was devoted to presenting their work.
In front of the companies, the students pitched their projects in a demanding exercise combining clarity, conviction and team spirit.
A key moment, illustrating their ability to lead a project from start to finish, from ideation to the final presentation.
Alongside the hackathons, several companies, including SNCF, My Parisian Life and MERSEN, conducted one-to-one interviews on campus, fostering meaningful and personalised discussions.
DGAC and BNP Paribas also took part remotely, contributing fully to the momentum of the day.
The companies present praised the quality of the discussions, the suitability of the candidates and the studentsâ ability to apply their skills to real-world scenarios.

Beyond recruitment, this edition of the job dating event fully embodies the aivancity approach to learning: learning by doing, exposing students to real-life situations and developing skills that can be directly applied in the workplace.
An immersive and engaging experience that enables students to challenge themselves, gain visibility and build their network in a demanding and stimulating environment.
