ENHANCED EQUITY

As part of aivancity’s AI and Disability in the Workplace Chair, with the support of SOGERES, SOGERES and aivancity have joined forces to produce the first white paper on artificial intelligence (AI) supporting people with disabilities in the workplace. This document examines the advances in AI in this field and its potential to improve the lives of workers with disabilities.
15 per cent of the world’s population lives with a disability, amounting to one billion people. In France, 2.7 million people of working age are recognised as having a disability, with an employment rate of 35 per cent...
AI is revolutionising support for people with disabilities by adapting to individual needs, providing data for medical prevention, and fostering innovation. A collaborative ‘by design’ approach integrates these solutions into the workplace, raising awareness and strengthening prevention. This transformation can help businesses adapt during the transition of approved agreements, whilst also attracting the interest of public authorities. In short, AI aims to be a catalyst for positive change in society.
