aivancity becomes the only educational institution registered as an interest group with the National Assembly and the Senate under the Act of 9 December 2016 (known as the Sapin II Act), which defines, lists and regulates interest representatives. Interest representatives provide legislators with a means of gathering information on how the law is applied and on ways to improve it. Their work is also useful in enabling public decision-makers to gain a better understanding of civil society’s expectations.
In this regard, aivancity, thanks to its unique hybrid positioning as a school specialising in artificial intelligence, business and society, and its expertise, which places it at the heart of current issues relating to AI, AI ethics and data, will be able to enrich the discussions held by parliamentary committees and working groups.
aivancity’s expertise can therefore be called upon in a wide range of sectors, including higher education and research, as well as to address societal issues, particularly those relating to AI and data.
