Grande Ăcole Programme
Two key international immersion experiences form the backbone of the Grande Ăcole Programme: an AI Learning Trip to an emerging country in the third year, followed by a Learning Trip to Silicon Valley in the fourth year.
Year 3
Every year, aivancity offers its third-year students the opportunity to take part in a learning trip to an emerging country. In addition, a âlearning tripâ dedicated to artificial intelligence (AI) in an emerging country â an initiative focused on exploring the opportunities, challenges and developments relating to AI in Morocco and India, is offered to third-year students. The programme lasts three weeks, followed by a week of optional cultural immersion.

Year 3Year 4
At the end of the fourth year of the Grande Ăcole Programme, aivancity offers its students the opportunity to undertake a three-week learning trip. Students travel to the United States for a three-week learning trip to UC Berkeley, followed by a one-week period of independent cultural immersion, which includes writing a âsurprise reportâ.
aivancityâs âGrande Ecoleâ-style artificial intelligence programme trains future AIgineersÂź capable of meeting the many economic and societal challenges associated with harnessing the potential of data and artificial intelligence: is one of the most profoundly transformative technologies in human history, on a par with fire or writing. The world will soon be populated by intelligent agents, some acting autonomously, others enhancing human intelligence, skills and performance. Some of these agents will be purely software-based, whilst others will be housed in robots, cars, drones, satellites and every conceivable type of hardware.
The San Francisco Bay Area, which includes Berkeley and Silicon Valley, has been at the forefront of numerous technological advances for decades. The key to this lies in the presence of universities with exceptionally strong technical programmes, the worldâs largest ecosystem of technology companies and start-ups, and investors with budgets that remain unrivalled.
